Summary

We are looking for a Junior Integration Engineer to join a fast-growing energy technology team that’s driving innovation in mobility, sustainability, and digital transformation. This role is ideal for someone early in their career who’s eager to work on API integrations, microservices, and system connectivity projects. Location: Hybrid (1x/week - Aveiro)
Salary: €20k-€25k/year
 

What You’ll Do

• Support the development and maintenance of system integrations using REST APIs and microservices

• Work on API gateways and contribute to the design of scalable interface solutions

• Assist in migration projects and build connections between internal systems and external platforms

• Collaborate with experienced integration specialists to learn and implement best practices

• Participate in troubleshooting and debugging of integration issues

• Contribute to continuous improvement by suggesting enhancements in architecture and process

 

What We’re Looking For

• 1–2 years of experience in software development or system integration roles

• Interest in APIs, system interfaces, and REST-based architectures

• Ability to learn and work with various technologies (we are tech-agnostic)

• Familiarity with concepts like microservices, API gateways, and cloud integrations is a plus

• Bonus: exposure to Oracle Integration Cloud or similar platforms (not required)

• Strong problem-solving mindset, curiosity, and eagerness to grow

• Comfortable working in a remote or hybrid environment

• Effective communication skills and a team-first attitude
